Meghan is a compassionate and dedicated associate licensed therapist and certified rehabilitation counselor with a diverse background in mental health counseling. With a commitment to fostering emotional and physical well-being, Meghan has developed extensive experience across various clinical settings including private practice, inpatient adult psychiatric care, and intensive in-home community based counseling for both families and individuals. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Alabama and her master’s degree in clinical rehabilitation and mental health counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Meghan specializes in helping clients navigate life’s challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Through a client centered approach, Meghan utilizes evidence based therapies such as attachment based therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and solution focused therapy to promote healing and personal growth.
Meghan’s holistic approach, personal experiences with the mental health field, and clinical expertise provides a deep understanding of human behavior and resilience.
